Myrah Muzumdar Head Girl (2024-25)

Being the Junior Head Girl of PYP has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to our managing trustee, Mr. Jairaj Thacker, trustee Mr. Sujay Jairaj, Head of School Ms. Jasmine Madhani, Deputy Head of School Mr. Michael Gramilich, PYP Coordinator Mrs. Purti Singh, Junior Council teachers Mrs. Chandni and Mrs. Kaberi, and the entire PYP student body for entrusting me with this role.Read More

I am thankful for the numerous opportunities during my tenure as Head Girl. I got to conduct innumerable assemblies, check PYP students at Gate 5 in the morning and motivate everyone during inter-house competitions. As I reflect on my time as Head Girl, I recognize how it allowed me to demonstrate the qualities of the learner profile, particularly being open-minded and principled in situations and tasks. I also showcased self-management skills by effectively organizing my schedule and managing multiple duties. It has truly been an honour to serve in this capacity, and I have gained invaluable lessons that will stay with me moving forward. Thank you once again to everyone who supported and guided me throughout this incredible journey.Read Less

They helped me understand the true meaning and responsibility of leadership.Read More

I would also like to thank our student council teachers Miss Chandni and Miss Kaberi. Throughout my time as Head Boy, I developed valuable skills such as communication skills when I conducted various assemblies and compered for Punyatithi. I also demonstrated the learner profile ‘risk-taker’ as I fulfilled new responsibilities with zest and resilience. Overall, I feel incredibly fortunate to have had this opportunity. It has truly been an unforgettable experience.Read Less
