TEDxYouth 2025 emerged as a powerful platform where DP students exercised their voice, curiosity and agency. The theme invited the audience to discover subtle connections between contrasting ideas, those moments when difference transforms into insight.

How did student voice shape the experience?

Learners curated conversations spanning philosophy, neuroscience, dance, STEM, creativity and storytelling. More than a series of talks, the event celebrated student-driven research and perspectives while encouraging the community to recognise connections woven through our lives and the world around us.

Healing Through the Performing Arts

Priyal Didwania, a DP Grade 12 student, explored how movement, expression and creativity can support mental well-being and emotional resilience. Through personal reflections and compelling examples, she highlighted dance and drama as meaningful paths to healing, connection and self-discovery.

Priya Venkatesh, Founder of The Naturalist School, revealed how biomimicry guides sustainable and efficient innovation. Her real-world examples encouraged students to see nature not simply as a resource, but as a mentor for the future of design and problem-solving.
